Position Title / Designation: Director Procurement Outsourcing
Reporting to: Senior Management
Reportees (if any): Procurement Outsourcing Team
Drive and Spearhead the growth and development of Procurement outsourcing business and team.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Qualification: MBA from reputed institute preferably Tier 1 institutes
Experience: 13 + years of overall experience out which at least 7 years in Procurement outsourcing services and solutions for US / European based clients.
Competency - Primary Skills (Must):
Ø Should have Domain Expertise of Supply Chain Management and Procurement
Ø Good Communication skills, Persistent & Patient, Meticulous and detail oriented.
Ø Resourceful and creative.
Ø Strong analytical skills
Ø Ability to understand the consulting business processes and problems
Role & Responsibilities / Tasks:
Ø Provide strategic advice to the Senior Management
Ø Develop overall client strategy, manage team and deliver Outsourcing services
Ø Responsible for transitioning of processes from the United States to India
Ø Managing the procurement outsourcing team based out of India
Ø Engage and Manage clients in the US and Europe
Ø Understand client needs to provide flawless service
Ø Manage the project delivery as per client expectations
Ø Comprehensive understanding of procedures relating to procurement and procurement outsourcing
Ø Onsite travel to client locations abroad (3-4) months
