 TERMS  OF  CONTRACT 

1. Data Bank Search : Our professional fee for selection through data bank is a %age of the annual gross salary for each selected candidate strictly to be paid within two weeks of joining.

          In addition any taxes, levies or any other charges as imposed  by the Government from time to time shall be charged. Presently Service Tax @ 12.36% of the Gross Bill amount is livable as per  Finance Act’ 2007. 

2.     Advertisement  :   Should you decide to advertise through us, we shall interview, screen and shortlist  candidates besides designing and releasing the advertisement on your behalf. In that case you will  be required to pay only  4.17% (i.e. 15 days) of the annual gross salary of the selected candidates from the position advertised besides the   advertisement cost, design and artwork charges . 

3.      A copy of the appointment letter along with a detailed break up of remuneration package will be made available to us within  three days of the candidate joining your organization. 

4.      If the selected candidate leaves on his own accord within three months of joining, there will be no fee for appropriate replacement, provided you inform us within a week of the candidate leaving your Company. 

5.     Should any candidate recommended by us join your organization within six months from the date of sending the Bio-Datas and/or the first interview, you shall still be required to pay our professional fees, as applicable.
